Burmans Medical Supply

1. E.C.S. + A.R.=C.A.R.E.S.ECS and Sarah Hanna have been a huge lift to our entire company, since they have taken over the billing of my DME and Infusion claims. Due to my delay and reluctance in eliminating my billing department and our continued inability to bill efficiently our company’s future looked grim. ECS and Sarah saw the urgency and started working on our AR with confidant intensity. Within 4 month’s our DSO has literally gone from 120 days to 60 days without me and my sales department expending incredible amounts of energy in this area. For the first time in over a year I’m thinking about how we can grow the business which in reality is what we do best. If you are interested in parcticing your profession, marketing you business or having time to be creative you need to seriously consider partnering yourself with a professional billing company. ECS is a professional billing company that is energetic, knowledgeable, and extremely efficient but above all ECS C.a.r.e.s. about our company so now we have time to take C.a.r.e. of our patients.Respectfully Yours, Steven L. Burman, RPh., President Burman’s Medical Supply

Bluegrass Oxygen

My name is Michael Marnhout, I am the President/CEO of Bluegrass Oxygen based out of Lexington, KY. I have been in the DME industry going on my 33rd year. I have known of Sarah Hanna and her company ECS Billing & Consulting for at least 10 years. We have been in discussions about ECS doing our billing for 5 years and finally contracted with them about 7 months ago. As many of you I was hesitant to give the billing over to someone thus losing control of our revenue stream. I wish I would have gone with ECS 10 years ago. Professional, diligent, knowledgeable and detailed are a few of the words I use to describe our relationship with ECS. With the climate of our industry we have to find ways to streamline our operations. Obviously billing is a huge expense for all of us. Give ECS a call and I know you will be glad that you did.Sincerely, Michael Marnhout, President/CEO Bluegrass Oxygen

Memorial Home Services

Memorial Home Services engaged ECS North in September of 2013 to analyze our intake and reimbursement processes.  Sarah Hanna spent 3 very full days on site interviewing multiple staff members and providing feedback each day.  She opened our eyes in regards to many of our processes were outdated with current regulation changes.  She developed a very detailed plan to begin transitioning our workflow and even provided two different options for us to choose from.  With her assistance we were able to identify what type of staff would best fit the new positions, what exactly their roles would be and what type of training was needed.  As we began to develop a transition plan she and her staff were always available to provide support and assistance either by phone or e-mail as we worked through our re-organization of these areas.  We have really partnered up with Sarah and her team over the past several months to provide educational webinars for our billing manager and staff.  I look forward to a continued partnership with Sarah and ECS.  I cannot say enough good about them,  everyone I have come into contact with at ECS North has been very helpful.Lori Valentine, RN, RRT, BA / Director, Durable Medical Equipment Services.

Medical Service Company

Sarah Hanna has always under promised and over delivered.  She is punctual, thorough and provides very timely feedback.  We owe considerable credit for our billing effectiveness to the process, staffing and people recommendations of Sarah and her team.  She will not take a project if she can’t make a difference.
